Refunds and Goods Sold:
We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds or accept returns for any sold goods, whether domestic or international as Each garment is created with deep dedication and consideration, reflecting our unwavering commitment to quality.
Size Exchange Policy:
Good news! We do offer size exchanges for the same product in the event of a size issue. Our garments come with 4-inch margins to allow for adjustments to suit your size preferences. However, please note that we do not permit changes in design or product.
Procedure for Size Exchange:
If you encounter a size-related concern, the following terms apply:
- The merchandise must be returned within 48 hours from receipt, maintaining the same condition as received.
- Kindly notify us via email or WhatsApp during business hours within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- The customer is responsible to send the product back to us as same packaging and we wil ship back the size required.. The shipment is borne by customer and is not delivered free of cost
Acceptance of Returns/Exchanges:
Upon receiving the returned garment, the acceptance of exchanges for size-related issues will take 2-3 business days. We will duly notify you of the status of the exchange request during this period. Please be aware that our acceptance of the return or exchange is subject to our sole discretion. This decision will be based on adherence to the specified timelines and the quality of the returned piece.
